Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If you change your mind, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, drinkware and personal-care items must be unopened.
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

How to start a return

1. Email support@buywave.us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, contact us with a photo — in most cases we ship a replacement immediately, with no need to return the original.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order.
