Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 14:00 (CET) on business days are usually processed the same day.

Rates & delivery times

• Standard shipping: free on orders over €60; otherwise calculated at checkout.
• Delivery estimate: 3–8 business days for most European destinations once shipped.
• Delivery times are estimates and start from the day of dispatch, not the order date.

Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Order changes

Need to change your address or cancel? Contact us within 2 hours of ordering at support@buywave.us — once a parcel ships we can no longer change it.

Customs & duties

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
