Welcome to Buy Wave (buywave.us). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our store

Buy Wave sells summer, beach, pool, picnic, travel and outdoor products. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in color may occur due to displays.

2. Orders & acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example in case of suspected fraud, stock errors or pricing errors); if payment was taken, it will be fully refunded.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's PCI-DSS certified checkout using the payment methods shown at checkout. We never see or store your payment details.

4. Shipping & returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return & Refund Policy (30-day returns).

5. Warranty

All products carry the legal guarantee of conformity. Manufacturing defects reported within 12 months are repaired, replaced or refunded.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site (design, text, graphics, logos) belongs to Buy Wave or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Product trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the products concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights.

8. Privacy

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
